Codice civile maxi. Leggi complementari: Nel panorama editoriale rivolto alle abilitazioni e ai concorsi di fascia alta la Edizioni Simone presenta una nuova collana "I Maxi" con volumi dedicati sia alla preparazione (I Temari) sia alla consultazione durante le prove scritte dei concorsi più impegnativi come magistratura, o dell'abilitazione per avvocato ("I Codici Maxi "e il "Trittico"). Quest'anno per la prima volta, quindi, accanto al "Temario per Magistratura" (giunto alla III edizione) e al "Codice Civile, Codice Penale e Leggi Amministrative - Il Trittico" (giunto alla II edizione) si affiancano la prima edizione del Codice civile maxi. Non si tratta del solito codice con rinvii ad altre norme racchiuse tra parentesi quadre: si tratta, invece, di un codice che presenta, in calce a ciascun articolo, veri e propri apparati di norme, selezionate soltanto nelle parti necessarie e leggibili in una sequenza coordinata, così da fornire uno schema interpretativo dell'intero articolo e da facilitare il lavoro di ricostruzione dei vari istituti. In the editorial panorama aimed at high-end qualifications and competitions, Edizioni Simone presents a new "I Maxi" series with volumes dedicated both to the preparation (the Temari) and to the consultation during the written tests of the most demanding competitions as Magistracy, or of the qualification for lawyer ("The Maxi Codes" and the "triptych"). This year for the first time, then, next to the "Temario per judiciary" (now in the THIRD edition) and the "Civil Code, Penal Code and administrative laws-the triptych" (now in the SECOND edition) is flanked by the first edition of the Civil Code maxi. It is not the usual code with references to other rules enclosed in square brackets: it is, instead, a code that presents, at the bottom of each article, real apparatus of norms, selected only in the necessary parts and legible in a sequence coordinate, so as to provide an interpretative scheme of the entire article and to facilitate the reconstruction work of the various institutes.
