Dentro la notte. Diario palestinese: In questo "Diario palestinese", in cui i protagonisti non hanno nome né volto, la drammatica storia della Palestina rivive nei ricordi di due uomini. Tutto si svolge dentro la notte, in due tempi di narrazione: il presente, rappresentato dal viaggio verso il nulla, e il passato che riaffiora e s'impone. Come perle in una Terra lacerata e contesa, riemergono anche i pochi ricordi sereni d'infanzia e d'amore. L'autore, nato e cresciuto egli stesso in un campo profughi, crea senza alcun compiacimento una perfetta ambientazione storica, sospesa tra realtà e trasfigurazione poetica. In this "Palestinian Diary", in which the protagonists have no name nor face, the dramatic story of Palestine lives on in the memories of two men. Everything takes place in the night, in two days of storytelling: the present, represented by journey to nowhere, and the past that resurfaces and asserts itself. Like pearls in a land torn and strife, resurface even the few memories childhood and love peace. The author, born and raised in a refugee camp himself, creates without any complacency a perfect historical setting, suspended between reality and poetic Transfiguration.
