Dinastie e nobiltà europea. Atti del VI convegno di diritto nobiliare (Roma, 20 ottobre 2017): Questo volume raccoglie gli Atti del Sesto Convegno di studi di Diritto Nobiliare che si è tenuto nel 2017 presso la prestigiosa sede del Senato della Repubblica, Sala Zuccari, a Palazzo Giustiniani. Se la pubblicazione si colloca in continuità con quelle dei precedenti Convegni, lo stesso non si può dire per l'argomento trattato. Infatti, dopo aver affrontato negli anni scorsi l'ampia tematica della Nobiltà civica e di funzione, questo Sesto Convegno viene ad affrontare il tema delle Dinastie europee e della nobiltà ad esse connessa. Il tema appare percorrere la storia europea. Se è vero infatti che la Prima Guerra Mondiale segnò il tramonto di molti Stati monarchici esistenti in Europa nel 1914 (basti pensare, fra gli altri, all'Impero Russo, a quello Austro Ungarico,a quello Tedesco e all'Impero Ottomano) è anche vero che in molti Stati europei l'istituto monarchico si è mantenuto ed é vitale anche ai nostri giorni ( a tal effetto basti pensare, fra gli altri, al Regno Unito e a quello di Spagna). Ma sia che si parli di Dinastie che ancora occupano i troni dei loro Stati, sia che si tratti di Dinastie che non rivestono più questo ruolo, l'interesse dello studioso appare essere lo stesso. Infatti le regole di successione delle Dinastie, la loro genesi storica, le problematiche che ne derivano, i contrasti che si possono presentare fra i vari rami delle famiglie regnanti o ex regnanti, richiedono comunque un'analisi accurata e talora assai complessa, da effettuarsi alla luce di norme giuridiche che, sovente si sono stratificate nei secoli. This Volume collects the Proceedings of the Sixth Congress of Noble Law studies that was held in 2017 at the prestigious seat of the Senate of the Republic, Sala Zuccari, at Palazzo Giustiniani. If the publication is in continuity with those of the previous Conventions, the same cannot be said for the subject matter. In Fact, after having tackled in recent years the wide theme of civic Nobility and function, this Sixth Conference comes to face the theme of the European Dynasties and the nobility connected to them. The theme appears to go through European history. If It is true that the First World War marked the sunset of many monarchical States existing in Europe in 1914 (just think, among others, the Russian Empire, the Austro-Hungarian, the German and the Ottoman Empire) is also true that in many European States The Monarchical Institute has been maintained and it is vital even in our days (to this effect suffice to think, among others, to the United Kingdom and that of Spain). But Whether we are talking about Dynasties that still occupy the thrones of their States, whether they are Dynasties that no longer play this role, the interest of the scholar appears to be the same. In Fact, the rules of succession of the Dynasties, their historical genesis, the problems that derive from them, the contrasts that can arise between the various branches of the reigning or former reigning families, still require an accurate and sometimes very complex analysis, from To be carried out in the light of legal norms that often stratified themselves over the centuries.
